Nimonic 75 Bars are crafted from nickel-based alloys, featuring about 80% nickel and 20% chromium, along with trace amounts of titanium and carbon. This unique blend grants them remarkable resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and scaling, even at high temperatures. On the mechanical side, Nimonic 75 boasts a tensile strength ranging from 80 to 95 ksi, a yield strength of 35 to 45 ksi, and impressive ductility with an elongation of around 30 to 40%. The alloy remains mechanically stable at temperatures up to 1800°F (982°C) and shows good creep resistance, making it an excellent choice for continuous high-temperature applications.
